2. Midday Reset: Schedule a 5-minute check-in after lunch. Notice your mental state and physical energy, take a few deep breaths, and reset your energy. Bonus: Add a walk or stretching for extra clarity. These mini-breaks help you avoid the afternoon slump and regain focus for the rest of your day.
